(Bamboo floors, LED lights, new energy star windows, energy star appliances, Paper composite counters on sustainably harvested Ash cabinetry, Solar water heater, 93% Efficent HVAC, plumbing, electric, FSC certifed lumber, soy based foam insulation, Recycled glass and porcelain tile, dual flush toliets and new garage)
