Fantastic points altogether, you simply received a logo new reader. What could you recommend about your put up that you made some days in the past? Any positive?

I posted a response here last night describing our problems with Gilasi - and guess what? My comments are gone! No wonder we couldn't get an accurate perception of this product before we bought it. Any honest discussion is being manipulated by the manufacturer to sway public opinion. Aja DeSalvo works for Gilasi, if anyone cares.

We had out kitchen counters made with Gilasi, too - twice. We're about to pull them out and replace them with quartz. It's easy to say something's green. But it's not when it ends up in a landfill because the company hasn't figured out how to seal it, when fabricators struggle to get seams to bond, and when it shows up with flaws and weaknesses the company won't acknowledge. Green countertops are a great idea - that's why we bought in. We actually read these very reviews before we made our decision. But oddly, we now know that one of the two posters above actually works for the company. We've lost thousands of dollars on this material - and lost days of work being home for installations, repairs, and more repairs. It's seriously flawed and the company don't stand stand behind it. They're great at PR. Not at making a solid functional product. AS someone who was in our home recently said, "How can you call it a countertop if it doesn't repel water?"

We had our kitchen counters made with Gilasi and love it and were pleasantly surprised to find out it was one of the few affordable green options. We paid $95 a square foot and understand that is their standard pricing.
