We use a process of deconstruction that allows us to recycle on average 95% of the construction debris.
By utilitzing a variety of recycled and sustainable materials for framing, flooring, walls, and tiling, we work to use reclaimed materials from organizations like the ReUse Center and Salvage One. This focus on post-consumer and sustainable products allows our additions to have the least impact on the environment as possible. Once a space is framed we can then go in and secure all possible air leaks, insure maximum weatherization, and install the best and most efficient mechanical systems to make this new space is economical, healthy, efficient, and stylish. Being in a room made of all natural or recycled materials gives the space a character unlike any other room. The air is more pure and clean, free of toxins. The floors tell a story of their different pasts—maybe as parts of it were once a plastic bottle or a piece of sea glass.
